At Elegantt Drapes, we strive to make your shopping experience truly memorable. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange. We do not offer international returns.

Please note that because our products are delicate, handwoven masterpieces, we cannot accept exchanges on items that have been customized (such as fall/pico or blouse stitching), and sale items.
In the rare event of a defect, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Cancellations are accepted only before the shipment process begins and prior to any requested customizations.
