1. Exchange Requests (India Only)
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow these steps:

Timeframe: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

How to Request: Email info@eleganttdrapes.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

Return Shipping: Once approved, you must ship the product back to us using a reliable courier. We do not offer a pick-up service.

Deadline: Exchange requests will not be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a gift coupon for the applicable amount, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
2. Refunds for Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

We will initiate a full refund once the product is received and verified by our team.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original mode of payment.

COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT.
3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

If you requested Fall, Pico, or Blouse Stitching, the order cannot be cancelled once the work has started.

Once an order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
4. Eligibility Conditions (The "Fine Print")
To validate a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition: Must be unused, with no stains, odors, or damage. It must not be washed or dry-cleaned.

Original Packaging: Must include all tags, bags, boxes, invoices, and accessories originally sent.

Exclusions: * Sarees with Fall/Pico stitching (done by us or you) are not eligible.

Customized orders are not eligible.

Sale items are not eligible.

Products purchased as an exchange for a previous order are not eligible.
5. International Orders
We regret to inform you that exchange or return services are not available for international orders at this time.
6. Important Product Disclaimer

Handcrafted Nature: Our products are handwoven and delicate. Small variations are a mark of authentic craftsmanship.

Color Variation: Due to screen settings and photography lighting, there may be a slight variation in colors between the website images and the actual product.
