1. What is your return policy?

At Elegantt Drapes, we strive to make your shopping experience truly memorable. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange. We do not offer international returns.
We are happy to provide a gift coupon for your next purchase once the unused, original-condition saree is returned to us within 7 days. Please note that because our products are delicate, handwoven masterpieces, we cannot accept exchanges on items that have been customized (such as fall/pico or blouse stitching), and sale items.
In the rare event of a defect, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Cancellations are accepted only before the shipment process begins and prior to any requested customizations.

2. What is your delivery cost

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India on all our products.
Please note that - International shipping is chargeable; shipping fees for orders outside India will be calculated during the checkout process.

3. Will the colour match what I see in the photos?

Our sarees are photographed in natural daylight with no colour editing. That said, every screen renders colour slightly differently, so there can be a minor variation between your display and the actual fabric. Want certainty before you order? 4. Does it come with a blouse piece? Is it stitched?

Every saree arrives unstitched and un-draped, ready for you to tailor to your fit. Whether this particular saree includes a matching blouse piece is noted in the product description above - it varies by piece, so please check there.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes - COD is available across India on all orders. You only pay when the parcel reaches your hands, so there's zero risk on your end.

6. How long does delivery take? Do you ship internationally?

Within India: dispatched in 1–2 days, delivered in 3–7 days. We also ship to the US, UK, UAE, Europe, Australia, Singapore and Canada, typically 7–14 days via DHL. Note on duties: International customers may be charged local import duties on delivery.

7. How do I care for this saree so it lasts?

Silks - Dry clean only to protect the silk / zari.
Cottons - Hand Wash Seperately.
Store it folded in a soft muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight, and keep perfume and deodorant off the fabric.
Cared for this way, a handloom saree like this lasts for decades - and only gets more beautiful.
