Please note that because our products are delicate, handwoven masterpieces, we cannot accept exchanges on items that have been customized (such as fall/pico or blouse stitching), sale items. In the rare event of a defect, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method. Cancellations are accepted only before the shipment process begins and prior to any requested customizations.
