1. Is this an authentic, pure fabric dupatta?

Yes. All our dupattas are in pure fabrics (Bandhani is hand-tied and dyed by Kutch artisans / Gota Patti is real metallic gota hand-applied, not printed / Gharchola is woven in authentic Gaji silk / Patolas are in pure silks handwoven with care). We source direct from the craft clusters, so you're getting genuine handwork rather than a printed imitation.

2. Will the colour match what I see in the photos?

Our dupattas are photographed in natural daylight with no colour editing. That said, every screen renders colour slightly differently, so there can be a minor variation between your display and the actual fabric. Want certainty before you order? 3. What can I pair this with?

At Elegantt Drapes, we strive to make your shopping experience truly memorable. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange. We are happy to provide a gift coupon for your next purchase once the unused, original-condition dupatta is returned to us within 7 days.
We do not offer international returns.
Please note that because our products are delicate, handwoven masterpieces, we cannot accept exchanges on items that have been customized, and on sale items. In the rare event of a defect, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Cancellations are accepted only before the shipment process begins and prior to any requested customizations.

5. What is your delivery cost

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India on all our products.
Please note that - International shipping is free on orders above 35,000 INR. Below that it is chargeable; shipping fees for orders outside India will be calculated during the checkout process.

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes - COD is available across India on all orders. You only pay when the parcel reaches your hands, so there's zero risk on your end.

7. How long does delivery take? Do you ship internationally?

Within India: dispatched in 1–2 days, delivered in 3–7 days. We also ship to the US, UK, UAE, Europe, Australia, Singapore and Canada, typically 7–14 days via DHL. Note on duties: International customers may be charged local import duties on delivery.

8. How do I care for this dupatta so it lasts?

Silks - Dry clean only to protect the silk / zari.
Store it folded in a soft muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight, and keep perfume and deodorant off the fabric.
Cared for this way, a handloom dupatta like this lasts for decades - and only gets more beautiful.
